Promote your organization's thought leadership by hosting your own 1-hour educational session at the NANN Annual Conference! All Corporate Symposia are held onsite at NANN and do not compete with any other educational programming.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Inclusion in the NANN Educational Program on the NANN Conference Website and Mobile App
- Inclusion in the Registration workflow to promote your session to attendees while they're registering for conference
- Dedicated eblast promoting the session to registered NANN attendees, members, or both (must be registered for NANN conference to attend)
- Inclusion in an e-newsletter promoting all sponsored sessions (with registration link)
- Push notification to mobile app users approximately 15-minutes prior to the start of your session
- Logo recognition on signage with your session title, speaker(s), and description
- Ability to utilize Lead Retrieval device to capture information of those in attendance (separate cost)
- Standard AV Setup (microphone, screen and projector, speakers)
All sponsored symposia will be considered non-CE unless otherwise approved by NANN. All sessions will be required to submit a proposal to be approved before officially contracting or holding a timeslot.
Food and Beverage costs are not included in the Symposia cost and will be the responsibility of the sponsor.
Limited timeslots are available for breakfast or dinner symposia.
