The NANN Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony serves as the opening ceremony for the exhibit hall and welcomes attendees to NANN! Attendees and industry partners will come together to connect, learn, network, and celebrate their professions. Attendees will enjoy food and beverages, and the chance to explore the industry booths in the exhibit hall!

This session will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm immediately following the Opening Keynote session to launch education at the 2025 conference. Attendees will be served lunch in the exhibit hall during this time.

NANN After Dark is a "must-attend" event for everyone at conference! The event provides attendees a chance to unwind, let loose, and connect with their peers and colleagues in a relaxed environment. Each year has a different theme and activities, but the excitement remains unchanged!

"Bling your Bagde" is a NANN attendee favorite! The "Bling your Badge" station gives attendees the ability to show off their personality by customizing their event badge. This sponsorship offers brand recognition at the station through signage and the opportunity to contribute decorative stickers and other adornments for attendees to use when they pick up their badge.

Promote your organization's thought leadership by hosting your own 1-hour educational session at the NANN Annual Conference! All Corporate Symposia are held onsite at NANN and do not compete with any other educational programming. 

Sponsorship Includes: 

• Inclusion in the NANN Educational Program on the NANN Conference Website and Mobile App 
• Inclusion in the Registration workflow to promote your session to attendees while they're registering for conference 
• Dedicated eblast promoting the session to registered NANN attendees, members, or both (must be registered for NANN conference to attend)

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute presentation in the NANN Learning Center! Learning Center Presentations are an excellent way to demonstrate thought leadership by presenting a new paper, case study, demonstration, or research involved with a new product launch. Each Learn­ing Center presentation will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for 100 plus additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Learning Center and in the conference mobile app.

Learning Center sponsors also have the opportunity to brand a panel on the outside of the Learning Center for an additional $1,000.
